2008 Pledge to Calvary Church
In gratitude to God and as faithful stewards of God's bounty, I will
give a portion of my income to Calvary Church to support its programs,
missions and ministries for the year 2008.
We are now able to do Direct Payments from your checking account. You authorize us to charge your checking account monthly or quarterly for a set amount payable to Calvary Church. Amounts will be charged on the first business day of the period. This cannot be authorized online. Please print a copy of the pledge card, (This option is not available yet.) fill out the portion titled "Authorization for Direct Payment" and mail it to: Ricky Fortin, Calvary Episcopal Church, 102 N. 2nd St., Memphis, TN, 38103. You must include a voided check.
